Dualex是一款源自于法國國家科學(xué)院 (CNRS)及巴黎第十一大學(xué)技術(shù),由奧地利PESSL公司生產(chǎn)(原法國Force-A公司)開發(fā)的新型多功能葉片測量儀。它可同時準(zhǔn)確測量葉片的葉綠素含量、葉片表層的類黃酮和花青素含量,適用于植物生理學(xué)和農(nóng)學(xué)(如水稻葉綠素濃度,玉米氮素狀況,葡萄藤等)相關(guān)研究。
其測量對象可以是單子葉植物,雙子葉植物或多年生植物。這款設(shè)備簡單易用,可進(jìn)行實時和非破壞性測量。由于不需要校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)定和事先的樣品制備,測量工作可在實驗室或現(xiàn)場完成。此外,該設(shè)備在各種溫度的和環(huán)境光照條件下均可正常使用。系統(tǒng)采用光學(xué)傳感器可進(jìn)行簡單、快速、無損測量葉片中的葉綠素、多酚以及花青素。

摘要
準(zhǔn)確估計和監(jiān)測作物氮素有助于及時診斷,并為肥料管理提供必要的技術(shù)支持。在中國東南部進(jìn)行了四個試驗,涉及三個品種和六個氮(N)處理,以比較兩個葉夾測量儀Dualex 4 Scientific+與SPAD測量儀測量氮營養(yǎng)相關(guān)指標(biāo)的能力。結(jié)果表明,與SPAD值相比,Chl對單位葉面積葉綠素的監(jiān)測精度更高,在高葉綠素濃度狀態(tài)下不出現(xiàn)飽和現(xiàn)象。黃酮類化合物(Flav)具有早期診斷水稻氮素營養(yǎng)狀況的優(yōu)勢(與SPAD值相比大約一天)。作為一種可靠的氮素營養(yǎng)診斷指標(biāo),與傳統(tǒng)的SPAD方法相比,該方法提高了估算精度。另一個Dualex值也獲得了良好的監(jiān)測結(jié)果。Flav與缺氮呈正相關(guān),在低RMSE的情況下,分別與穗分化期和孕穗期較高的R2呈正相關(guān);SPAD值與氮缺乏呈負(fù)相關(guān)。因此,基于Flav的氮肥施用模式為早稻提供了一種氮肥施用途徑,尤其是在穗分化和孕穗期。

A Comparative Assessment of Measures of Leaf Nitrogen in Rice Using Two Leaf-Clip Meters
Abstract
Accurate estimation and monitoring of crop nitrogen can assist in timely diagnosis and facilitate necessary technical support for fertilizer management. Four experiments, involving three c*rs and six nitrogen (N) treatments, were conducted in southeast China to compare the two leaf-clip meters (Dualex 4 Scientific+, Force-A, Orasy, France; Soil and Plant Analyzer Development (SPAD) meter, Minolta Camera Co., Osaka, Japan) for their ability to measure nitrogen nutrient-related indicators. The results indicated that Chl had a better monitoring accuracy for chlorophyll in per unit leaf area as compared to SPAD value, and there was no saturation to appear under high leaf chlorophyll concentration status. Flavonoids (Flav) presented the advantage of early diagnosis of rice N nutrition status (about one day as compared to SPAD value). As a reliable N nutrient diagnosis indicator, it also improved the estimation accuracy compared with the classical SPAD-based method. The other Dualex value also obtained good monitoring results. Flav was positively correlated with N deficiency, and with higher R2 in panicle initiation and booting stages with low RMSE, respectively; whereas SPAD value was negatively correlated with nitrogen deficiency. Therefore, the Flav-based nitrogen application model was found to provide an early rice nitrogen fertilizer application approach, especially in the panicle initiation and booting stages.
